Please note that you should always recieve an order confirmation with an order number, if you don't and you have made a payment through paypal or credit card you must contact us immediately, so we can correct it straight away. We do not send out dispatch emails, but we will contact you asap if there is a delay with your order.
All packages are sent first class within 3 working days, but if not we will let you know. If you would like guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us for details. Please note, if you provide us with the incorrect address we can not be liable if your package gets lost. That is your responsibility to give us the correct address at time of order. No refunds or replacements will be sent if the incorrect address is given. If you think that you have given us the incorrect address please let us know as soon as possible

Postal charges are always at cost, we do NOT ever add extras on to this. The best way to check out the cost of the postage is to pop the items you would like to buy in your cart and then you can view this at the checkout.

Please note that we are required to charge VAT on postage for items being shipped within the UK and europe, this does no apply to non EU destinations.

If you would like to place a large order to be shipped via a courier we are happy to do this.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your order please send it back to us within 7 days of receipt in the same condition, and we will happily provide you with a refund, if the goods are faulty, then we will cover your costs to return them, if you simply change your mind, we ask you to pay for the return shipping. The product MUST be in the same condition sold, yarn that smells of smoke will NOT be refunded as we can not resell it. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please note during busy times, sorting out returns and refunds may take up to 2 weeks. We will not process a refund UNTIL we have the yarn returned to us.

If you wish to pay via another method or would like to pay at a later date select email order at the bottom of the checkout. Please make cheques payable to Fyberspates.
