100gms – 250gms = £1.65
250gms – 500gms = £1.94
500gms – 750gms = £2.51
750gms – 1000gms = £3.58
1000gms plus = £5.00
Maximum shipping within the UK is ten pounds.

Shipping info for USA, Europe and the rest of the world

International again are at cost based on weight, your shipping will be calculated and you can see this at the checkout. Our prices internationally are very competitive.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your order please send it back to us within 7 days of receipt in the same condition, and we will happily provide you with a refund, if the goods are faulty, then we will cover your costs to return them, if you simply change your mind, we ask you to pay for the return shipping. The product MUST be in the same condition sold, yarn that smells of smoke will NOT be refunded as we can not resell it. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please note during busy times, sorting out returns and refunds may take up to 2 weeks. We will not process a refund UNTIL we have the yarn returned to us.
